We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Engineering Assistant to join our team and provide vital support to our engineers.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a point of contact: Manage email and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for assigned engineers.
• Maintain organization: Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital), ensuring all documents and records are readily accessible.
• Prepare presentations and reports: Assist engineers in preparing professional presentations, reports, and other technical documents.
• Research and data analysis: Conduct research tasks as assigned, gather and analyze data, and prepare summaries for engineers.
• Travel arrangements and logistics: Manage travel arrangements for assigned engineers, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Project support: Assist engineers with various project tasks as needed, such as data entry, creating meeting agendas, and drafting emails.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to challenges.
